Prices are shown in euros, including taxes unless otherwise stated. The platform may change prices at any time, without retroactive effect on already validated orders.

Terms of sale
Rules applying to paid offers, digital resources sold through the platform and payment processing.
Order and validation
Validating an order or subscription means full acceptance of these terms. Information provided during the order and the saved confirmation constitute proof of the transaction.
Payment
Payment is due when the order is validated. Payments may be processed by external providers, including PayPal, card or Bitcoin depending on the methods offered on the platform.
For user-to-user sales, the platform may receive payment and then credit the correct user wallet depending on transaction status and required validations.
Duration, non-renewal and return to Starter
A paid plan remains active for the period shown during checkout. Unless automatic renewal is explicitly offered and accepted, a new payment is required to extend that period.
At expiry, the account automatically returns to Starter if no other paid period is active. API and paid seller access are suspended and the storage quota returns to the Starter level.
If usage exceeds the Starter quota, existing files remain available for download and deletion, but all new uploads are blocked. The user must download and then delete excess items until usage is below the quota, or activate another paid plan.
No file is automatically selected and deleted solely because of the plan change. Any later action related to a persistent overage must be preceded by notice and a reasonable data recovery period, unless a legal obligation or security incident requires immediate action.
Right of withdrawal
Under consumer law, a right of withdrawal may apply when it is not excluded by the nature of the service or content sold.
For digital content, immediately executed services or files made available without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once execution has begun with the user’s express agreement.
Availability and delivery
Products or services are supplied subject to availability. For digital content purchases, delivery means making the service, file or related access available on the platform or through a dedicated link.
Warranty and liability
The platform uses reasonable means to ensure availability and conformity of the services offered, without being able to guarantee the complete absence of interruption, error or technical uncertainty.
StockageEnLigne cannot be held liable for misuse of the service, failure by the user to comply with applicable rules, technical incompatibility, network incident or abuse attributable to a third party.
Marketplace and file sales
Files listed publicly for sale may be subject to prior administrative validation. Private sales by direct link remain subject to these terms and service compliance rules.
The seller guarantees that they have the necessary rights to the content sold. In case of a dispute about content, the platform may suspend the product, related payment or access to the file concerned.
Personal data and proof
Data needed to manage orders, payments, invoices, payouts and regulatory obligations may be retained under the privacy policy.
Order confirmations, receipts, payment logs and useful supporting documents may be archived on a reliable medium as proof in case of dispute.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory rules applying to consumers or certain international operations.
